2. Fees & Payments
- Hostel fees must be paid before the due date.

- Delayed payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
3. Room Allocation
- Room allocation is solely at the discretion of hostel management.
- Residents cannot change rooms without prior permission.
- Room sharing arrangements may be modified by management if necessary.
4. Hostel Discipline
- Residents must maintain discipline and respectful behavior with staff and fellow residents.
- Any involvement in fights, abusive language, harassment, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and prohibited substances inside hostel premises are not allowed.
5. Visitors Policy
- Visitors are allowed only during permitted timings and with prior approval.
- Visitors are not allowed inside resident rooms without permission.
- Management reserves the right to restrict visitor access.
6. Safety & Security
- Residents are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.
- Nilkanth Hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
- CCTV surveillance may be used for security purposes.
7. Hostel Property
- Residents must maintain hostel furniture, appliances, and property carefully.
- Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence will be chargeable.
8. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Residents must maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
- Throwing waste outside designated areas is prohibited.
9. Noise & Quiet Hours
- Loud music, unnecessary disturbance, or activities affecting other residents are not permitted.
- Residents should maintain a peaceful environment.
10. Check-Out & Vacating Rules
- Residents must clear all pending dues before vacating the hostel.
- Rooms should be returned in proper condition.
- Personal belongings must be removed at the time of departure.
11. Management Rights
- Hostel management reserves the right to amend policies and regulations without prior notice.
- Violation of hostel rules may result in warnings, penalties, or cancellation of accommodation.
12. Acceptance
